healthy lifestyle day!!

yupx..as my title mentioned, its healthy lifestyle day for my family today except for my 2nd bro cos he is toooo lazy..hahahs!!and i would say much more lazy than i am but i think thats because he has loads of work to do..awwww..poor thing!
So me and my parents went to RCC as usual to swim,gym,suana and stuffs!oh yahh..and i think i should really lose some weight before going to japan. That's because i was chatting with 2 of my cousins just now while suana-ing and they told me that the food there was superb. Guess what?they actually gain like 3 kgs when they come back to singapore. I was like oh dear!thats very bad lah..so yah..i am going to exercise more these few days before going=) and we were also talking about go go travel to hokkaido which was showing on channel 56 yesterday. My mum and dad was like damn excited after watching it. Thats because they were filiming this fish market and i really mean a FISH MARKET. From what we see here, its always wet, dirty and stinky but what i saw on tv was totally opposite.Its absolutely dry and clean unlike ours. well, i should experience it myself when i go there since its incluede in our itinerary but i am not sure whether its the same place..hahahs..oh yah..what's more exaggerating is that one of the host drop a piece of grilled fish on the floor and she immediately pick it up and stuff it into her mouth...you mean the food is nice to that extent that its a waste to drop a piece?lolx...for that i really dunnoe but if there is a chance i will definitely try it=)
alright, alright,enough of that. hmm..i have been watching 突围行动 these days and its a really nice hongkong drama. Starring 马浚伟,吴卓羲,廖碧儿.Well,this show is basically about undercover cops trying to investigate on some organisations that are involve in illegal gambling. After so many attempts to find out who is the mastermind, the police finally brought them to justice. But of course many innocents were killed and they die without resting in peace.To know more, tune in to channel 56 from mon to fri 9 pm..hahas..yanshan pls watch lah!!!lolx
